Accommodation at Cally Palace Hotel

DEPOSITS
We require your written confirmation and deposits of £30.00 per person within 14 days of the booking being made. We regret that deposits cannot be refunded.
FAMILY ROOMS
These are available and special rates apply for children. Please ask for details.
DRESS CODE
Gentlemen are required to wear jacket, collar and tie from 6.30pm onwards in the dining room. The dress code also applies to young men aged 16 and over and it would be appreciated if younger guests taking dinner would dress smartly. Usual standard of dress on the golf course applies.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel. This includes all public areas and guest bedrooms.
WINES AND SPIRITS
We would advise that guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel.
DOGS
Dogs are accepted at the discretion of management and are not allowed in public areas, the golf course and must not be left unaccompanied in the bedrooms. Please contact reception for housekeeping charges.
LIFTS
The lift does not serve all the areas of the hotel. Please advise when booking if you have any difficulty with stairs
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Entry to your room is from 2.30pm onwards. On the day of departure we require your rooms to be vacated and accounts settled by 11.00am.
